Every visit is done by our own two-person crew — no subcontractors, no strangers. Here's exactly what's included with each service.
Window Cleaning
Our signature service. We wash glass inside and out (or exterior only), detail the tracks and sills, and clean your screens — so the whole window looks new, not just the pane.

Gutter Cleaning
Marin's oaks and redwoods fill gutters fast. We clear every run by hand, flush the downspouts, and check that water is moving the way it should before the rains arrive.

Dust, pollen, and bird droppings quietly eat into your production. A gentle soft-brush wash with pure water brings panels back to full output — no harsh chemicals, no scratches.

Pressure Washing & Soft Washing
One wash service for the whole exterior — we match the method to the surface. Full pressure where concrete and brick can take it; a gentler soft-wash for siding and roofs. Years of Marin winters leave everything dark with algae and grime, and we wash it back to bright. We do not wash wood, so no decks or fences.

Not a year-round service — just a seasonal one for our Marin customers. We hang your lights in the fall and come back to take them down when the holidays are over. Ask when you book your fall gutter cleaning and we can plan both together.

A “pane” is one piece of glass with its own frame. Find your window types in the guide below and tally the panes each one counts as:

Every quote is a flat, all-in price. What we quote is what you pay — no hourly billing, no surprise add-ons. Bundle two or more services into one visit and we'll price the trip once, not once per service.
Save 10–25% with repeat cleanings. The more often we clean, the less each visit costs: twice a year is 10% off the one-time price, three times a year 15%, quarterly 25%. Quarterly, three times a year, or twice a year keeps most homes spotless
Book any of these schedules and you save on every cleaning — the more often we come, the bigger the discount. Quarterly is the most hands-off at 25% off, three times a year is the balanced middle ground at 15%, and twice a year covers the essentials at 10% — all three fit how Marin homes actually get dirty.

A spring refresh and a fall reset before the rains — the sensible minimum that keeps most homes looking sharp all year without paying for visits you don't need.

Gutters and solar panels both do best with a clean at least twice a year — after the winter rains and again before they come back. Get them done together on a twice-yearly schedule and both services are 20% off, every visit.

Hi, I'm Josh — born and raised in Marin, and I've been cleaning windows for around 15 years. I started Sunshine Windows Marin in 2022.
I come from a family of cleaners — I got my start at WOW! Windows, founded in Novato by my dad and older brother, and later trained with my uncle down in Carmel.
These days we cover windows, gutters, solar panels, and pressure & soft washing across Marin. I look forward to getting to know you — and keeping your glass sparkling!
